If there's one thing we care about more than great coffee, it's great customer experience.

If you're reading this page, we've clearly missed the mark somewhere, and we want to make that right.

We could fill this page with legal mumbo jumbo, fine print, exclusion clauses and cop outs.

But we'd rather just be up front and direct.

So here's our return and refund policy:
